How do I...?

The following set of instructions introduces users to the "Residents" Dropdown menu's list of options (i.e., Register, Profile, Directory and Messages).


 

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PROFILE

Go to clubpeachtree.net, after logging in, hover the cursor over the word Residents and select Profile from the dropdown menu.

You’ll find several tabs including Account Info, Primary Address, Alternate Address, Visual Theme, Email Options, Member Groups, and Misc. Options.  Many of these fields will have been populated by you during your registration. 

  • Under the tab entitled Account Info, you can change/correct your name, password, and email. You can also adjust your privacy options, add websites, notes, other residents’ names, and photos. Press the Save button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
  • Under the tab entitled Primary Address, you can change/correct your Street Address, Neighborhood Number, City, State, Zip, Home Phone, and Cell Phone Press the Save button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
  • Under the tab entitled Alternate Address, you can change/correct your Alternate Street Address, City, State, Zip, and Phone Press the Save button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
  • Under the tab entitled Visual Theme, you can change the theme of your website. Press the Save button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
  • Under the tab entitled Email Options, you can select your subscription options (i.e., whether to receive email messages and notifications). Press the Save button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
  • Under the tab entitled Member Groups, you can select your neighborhood, clubs, and groups. Press the Save button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

HOW TO USE THE DIRECTORY

Go to clubpeachtree.net, after logging in, hover the cursor over the word Residents and select Directory from the dropdown menu.

 

You can sort, find, view and/or modify users by searching specific fields (i.e., pod/neighborhood) and/or email address, name, house number, neighborhood number, etc).

 

Select the Search button, complete the known fields (i.e., pod/neighborhood) and/or email address, name, house number, neighborhood number, etc) that you would like to find, then press the Find Members button at the bottom of the page.

HOW TO SEND AND VIEW MESSAGES

Go to clubpeachtree.net, after logging in, hover the cursor over the word Residents and select Messages from the dropdown menu.

You’ll find two tabs including Inbox and Outbox.

  • To send a message, select the member’s name from the dropdown list.
  • To view messages that you receive (you’ll receive a notification), it will be displayed in the Inbox.
